1) On Acceptance of our quotation, Shoots and Leaves will require a 50% deposit that is non refundable should works be delayed or cancelled by the client within 2 weeks of the agreed start date.

2) Only on receipt of this deposit will the job be formally booked in and materials ordered.

3) Shoots and Leaves will set out a schedule of work though we cannot be responsible for delays relating to poor weather conditions or industrial disputes.

4) Delays caused by the client or other contractors working on site will be charged at a daily rate.

5) The balance for all work carried out will be due on completion.
