We always visit potential clients and discuss what they want.

We then provide a no obligation estimate giving timings and costs, with no hidden extras or surprises.

Our team will then be picked and arrive in one of our Shoots and Leaves trucks with all tools and materials needed to do the job. The team leader will be responsible for keeping the clients fully up to date with all progress and activity.

Many of our clients are out during the day and we are quite used to working without access, and with respect to security.

You will see a lot of before and after web sites - but remember the in between can involve a lot of hard labour and this is not always the most attractive stage. We always tell you what is going to happen and make sure the site is left as safe and clean as possible if we are carrying out things like building work.
